Humphries was part of the England team that won the World Cup of Darts this year and looks every bit a man on a mission to defend his title.
Michael van Gerwen (Netherlands)
The three-time World Champion remains one of the most feared players on the circuit. He is a former World number one and is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time. 2024 hasn’t been his best year, suffering a shock exit at the UK Open as well as losing in the final at the Masters. At 35, MVG will be hungry to reclaim his Ally Pally crown and become a four-time champion.
Michael Smith (England)
“Bully Boy,” the current world number two, will be aiming to regain the title he won in 2023 and solidify his status as one of the sport’s modern greats.
