It’s hard to see Chelsea not being bruised by what took place in the Carabao Cup Final. Chelsea were the better side during the match, missed countless chances, and yet as the minutes ticked by it became apparent that it simply would not be their day. Just over 3 days later they get a chance to go again in another cup competition.
Leeds had a brilliant come from behind victory against Leicester last time out. For much of the match it looked like they would hand Leicester the initiative in the Championship promotion race only for a grandstand finish that took the roof off at Elland Road.
