Going For Back-To-Back Wins
It’s been a slow start to the season for both teams, but MK Dons probably just come into this game in slightly better form. The Dons were tipped by many at the start of the season to be up their fighting for the promotion, but it was only last weekend that they won the first game of the season beating Carlisle United 3-0 at home. They will be looking to use that game as a springboard to kick start their season, and climb up the table.
Salford Lack Goals
Salford City on the other hand, have had a habit of drawing games. They’ve drawn their last two matches in the league against Bradford City and Chesterfield. Their defence has been pretty solid, but they’ve seemed to have struggled to score goals, only scoring one in their first three games, which came last weekend.Â
A Familiar Tale
When it came to this clash last season, MK Dons got the better of Salford City on both occasions, and I can see them getting three points on the board again away from home. With Salford’s lack of goals, I think the value could be with MK Dons to win to nil, which is 10/3 with Rhino at the current time of writing.
