Georgia v Czech Republic Betting Tips: Analysing the Matchup

Whilst it wasn’t quite a fairytale for Georgia in their opening game, Mikautadze scoring Georgia’s first goal in Euros history against Turkey was one of the magical moments of the opening round. Georgia adopted a never say die attitude and were willing to risk everything in their pursuit of an equaliser late in the game, which saw Turkey net a 3rd goal to seal the victory.

The Czech Republic had a gut-wrenching, late defeat to Portugal in their first game. It looked like a VAR interception had given the Czechs a point, only for a cruel, late deflection to present a tap-in to Portugal, along with all 3 points. The Czechs looked dead on their feet at the final whistle, having chased the ball for 90 minutes, and it will be interesting to see how much they have left in the locker for today’s encounter.

When: 22nd June | 2pm – Hamburg
